SI FACES FORCED RETIREMENT
DPO Mandi Bahauddin Daar Ali Khattak has sent sub-inspector Muhammad Azam of police station Parianwali on forced retirement on Thursday for not submitting an investigation report.
JUDGES VISIT JAIL
District and Sessions Judge Masood Arshad along with Senior Civil Judge Muhammad Afzal paid a visit to District Jail on Thursday. He visited various departments and listened to the prisoners. DSP Jail Malik Safdar Nawaz also accompanied him. The judge ordered an immediate release of 14 prisoners on the occasion.
Inaugurate newly-constructed DBA bar room

Accused acquitted of murder charges
District and Sessions Judge Masood Arshad on Tuesday acquitted an accused of a murder case.
According to prosecution, accused Khurram had shot dead his brother-in-law Tanveer over some domestic dispute. However, after hearing the case, the court acquitted Khurram giving him benefit of the doubt.

ASI ARRESTED FOR TAKING BRIBE
DPO Mandi Bahauddin Daar Ali Khattak upon a telephonic complaint by Muhammad Tufail conducted a raid on police check Rasool and arrested the post in-charge ASI Muhammad Asif Bosaal for taking bribe. The DPO also recovered Rs 10,000 from his possession which he received as bribe from the complainant. Sadr Police have arrested the ASI and launched an investigation.
Two killed, three injured in accident
A head-on collision between a wagon and a rickshaw claimed two lives on Thursday here near Ladher, some 20-km away.
A mandi-bound passenger wagon from Gujrat smashed into a rickshaw, killing rickshaw driver Fazal Abbas and police cop Faiz Ahmad of Rajoa on the spot. Three passengers Muhammad Hussain, two women Razia Bibi and Rasoolan Bibi get seriously wounded in the accident.
